Pork Chops!


Pan-Grilled Seasoned Pork Chops
Whole Wheat Yeast Roll
Grilled Zucchini with Onions



This is a delicious and healthy dinner.

Very easy to make.

Here's what it is:

1 Center-cut, boneless pork chop, pan grilled in Olive Oil flavored non-stick cooking spray (Pam), seasoned with season-all
1 Sister Shubert's Whole Wheat yeast dinner roll
1 half-plate portion Zucchini w/ onions cooked in non-stick butter flavored cooking spray (Pam)

Total calories- About 300 
Total fat- 7 grams

This is a perfectly portioned meal!
